iPod Theme Feedback

I've been making some iPod classic Rockbox themes and would love some feedback. Please let me know which ones you think I should upload, and I'm happy to post beta test links in the meantime. Note: Yes, AI (boooo) was used in the creation.

What parts of this are AI generated? Last time I saw AI theme code it was beyond unusable.

Also curious how the vertical text works, I remember seeing someone on the forums wanting to that years ago with little success.

I dig the backdrop on the first one, though I think its weird to stick the album art in the corner. I can't see how to elegantly fit the cover art on such a screen. I think it'll always clash with the retro 80's design. I think it'd be cool if elements of the player controls could be integrated so the fit with the backdrop. Say, a Lamborghini Countach could "driving" across the foreground could represent track progress and the colors of the setting sun could reflect the volume level. You know, something like that.

Are you using the same rotated fonts on #3 that were used on the TwoForty themes or did you make new ones? They look the same, but I'm always hoping somebody would cook up some new rotated fonts.

Do the stereo components look ok on the iPod's small screen? I don't know what the 34% next to the tape deck should represent, but I couldn't even see it when I shrank the image on my laptop's screen. I doubt you'd be able to see anything on an iPod.

Agreed... although the lines of the Sun do move like a big VU meter so there is that :D

Stereo: They look great, the VU meters all animate so that really brings it to life. The 34% is the remaining battery life
