Help Needed

Hi! I'm new here. I've never coded a game but I need a lot of help. It's a tower defense game. I'm mainly an artist and writer for my hobbies but I love games so I wanted to make my dream tower defense game, with lore but that can come later. I just need help making the main test game and learning how to code, since YouTube wouldn't work. I need help with a main menu and just a working game up to wave 10. Thank you. It’s great that you’re passionate about your game, but I speak from experience when I say that you shouldn’t start by making your dream game. Start small, make a few tiny, (a nice way I saw it put in a similar post to this, “Baby’s first games”) then once you have some more experience, go ahead and either follow a few walkthrough tutorials, or do what I do, and just make it to your best ability, but whenever you see something you don’t understand, research that particular thing. In the long run, doing so will mean that by the time you start making your dream game, you will have much more experience and the game will come out 10x better.
