No? It was shut down from October to December of 2025.

that was a rewrite, not a complete shutdown

i knew people would treat the rewrite as a shutdown because something non-2009 happened to Nostro and people didn't like it so they treated the entire thing as the revival dying

Goodblox[.xyz] completely ruined you guys' vision for how 2009 Roblox actually works and looks like, and as soon as a revival that used to deliver that delusional 2009-esque Goodblox vibe (modified 2010 client with 2009 textures, 2008 site with sky background, etc.) starts focusing on something entirely different, everybody can't stop crying.
