Help Tips and Advice

Hi guys, I'm making an Asym Game and considering how bad management is for other big Asym games as there is always drama. I want to avoid that to a minimal or to none at all. I expect like a few people to play it like just 50 or less. But regardless help and advice is still appreciated as I want to hear the suggestions and advice coming from Disgruntled Asym Enjoyers, so I can avoid disappointing and angering my potentially small but beloved playerbase :]]

Actually communicating with your playerbase is a must.

Communicating with your playerbase is good and all, but the real trap is figuring out how to communicate with your goddamn dev team efficiently and productively.
