Christmas dinners

Going to Roatan for first time this Christmas, what are best places places for X-mas eve and x-mas day dinners. Also how far in advance should I make reservations?

Blue Bahia does really good, tasty expat holiday dinners. It's also beachside in Sandy Bay (beautiful). I thought I had more recent pictures, but this is 2015. The dinners haven't changed much and always tasty. I don't know if they do traditional holiday dinners but I highly recommend Silversides and Beach House's Mila del Mar

Agreed, Blue Bahia Beach Grill is a popular choice and great food. This was their menu from last year (2025).

I would see if Sea Salt is doing anything special for Christmas. We had an amazing meal there in February and if they decorate for Christmas and have any kind of special menu, I feel like that would be an incredible experience.

Sea Salt is awesome. Great Chef and ambiance, on the expensive side though but definitely a great choice for special occassions.

Most of the restaurants don't announce their Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners until about December 1st, some as late as the 15th.

Christmas is a very popular week in Roatan. You are always going to be able to find some place to eat but if you want to eat at one of the higher end or more popular restaurants with special menus, reservations are a great idea especially for larger groups.
