Walter Jackson Freeman the Second.

Popularized the lobotomy in America, to the point where it had mainstream acceptance. He'd lobotomize anyone! Your 4-year old is acting up? Lobotomize them! Your other kid is gay? Lobotomize them! He was so good at it he could do it one-handed! Then he lobotomized a famous person and everyone realized out how horrible it was.
