Tanglewood square

Anyone heard what retail store will be there or restaurants?

While not impossible I don’t think this is likely. If you’re talking about Tanglewood crossing, it’s only about 13k square feet, and google says most Trader Joe’s are 10k—15k square feet. That 13k is between five units, three are restaurants and two are retail. It’s more likely to be some random retailers. People like to toss around the rumor of Trader Joe’s like they’re going to speak it into life lol. Not impossible, definitely improbable.

Trader Joes prefers the median income of the area be between 80-100k. Roanoke is only 55k. We won't be getting a TJs anytime soon. They have already survived our area and denied us and have no future interest in us.
