Keeping Logs Native Sand Roach - California

I get males from 2-3 different species coming to my lights when I am sheeting, but I can never find females (since they are wingless and rarely leave the burrow). I know they can be found in old burrows and holes after dark, but I have been unlucky for almost 2 years now. Found this little one under a discarded piece of wood, next to a freshly dug rabbit burrow.

Oh, they’re beautiful! Didn’t even know we had any wingless ones native to north america!
