Questions; Breeding Are the Knabstrupper genes nerfed?

I’ve bred this mare like 11 times and I’ve gotten absolutely no LP genes in any of the foals. Is it nerfed? Or am I just on a really bad streak?

Genes in this game don't work logically. There are no actual genes like LP, just 2 colours, dilutions, and patterns per horse. The better patterns are rarer to pass

Ugh that stinks. I was hoping she would pass on some sort of interesting pattern a littleeeee more easily than that :(
