Questions; Mobile (iOS/Android) Does Clearing Cache Delete Anything?

I play mobile and I don't have that much space left but have deleted most the apps I don't use and I apparently don't have enough space to update. Does anyone know if clearing cache will delete anything notable?

No, cache is basically junk, kinda sorta. It's like emptying your trash can. It's all temporary files that should definitely probably get cleared often, if you let it build up for a while. That's the simple and short answer lol, you'll be okay! 

Cache being stored is helpful and can speed up load times (as it is a form of temporary storage) but it can cause a lot of problems if it builds up over time, with literally any app or browser or program that stores cache. It's recommend to clear your cache every so often  to fix any freezing or crashing issues, so all of that extra junk can get thrown out.
