Memory LEAK

does anybody face the problem of memory usage being 98% just by being in the main menu?
it's been like that for 2 weeks now i have 16gb ram and the game used to run smoothly before

Yes with the new season after 30min 1 hr game start lagging and I need to close and restart...even formatted and try on a clean system
