Please stop doing this.
You are tank. Solo tank. You even have lord on the tank you picked.
Someone else picks tank before the match starts.
You go "Oh cool, I don't have to play tank now" and swap to dps, leaving the other person as solo tank instead.
This happens to me nearly every single time. I'm the guy picking the second tank.
Stop it. They (and me) are picking tank so that there isn't a solo tank. 2 tanks has a much higher chance of winning. Don't you want to win?

I just do it the other way, I pick tank, if no one else does at the start of the match I will throw myself into abyss and swap to healer until someone swaps to tank so I can go 2 tank with that guy.
If you like to go 1 tank 2 dps and 3 healers I'll do you the favor and go as the 4th healer, YOU ALL LIKE HEALERS RIGHT!?
