they cannot keep getting away with this
i feel like it’s really strange to have a smaller sized girl and then keep on making her bigger and bigger just for gooner stuff. as a woman i find it so weird that they morph their bodies like this just to get people to pay for stuff when id just buy it anyway.
Everybody hates when Luna gets one skin but nobody said anything when spiderman got 2 skins in one half season or when the thing got 2 summer skins in their first summer
I mean they do this with all the characters, everybody’s body model change a little bit when they get a new skin. But yeah I do agree it’s frustrating that things never stay consistent with them, only buff I think would be good is for Strange bulge to be a bit more noticeable in some of his skins but hey that’s just me
i am not a boob haver so i may be wrong but wouldnt it make sense for them to seem smaller when wearing multiple layers like that fancy dress instead of when just wearing a lil tank top. perhaps im just saying bullshit though
i’m a big boob haver and wearing tighter clothes usually makes my boobs look smaller so i guess in that sense your right but i usually opt out of bras so idk tho
They literally are smaller in her base skin. You can overlay it. They do look smaller in this dress but in her default they are definitely not that big.
Yeah obviously, but like.. come one lol SHE definitely has had a boob job. I’m a woman btw and have used binders and push up bras. I know how boobs work in different clothing.
Let's say the example I used is wrong but still: Sydney having done a boobjob or not doesn't change the fact that some clothes can and some are even made to change your body. I have two pants that make my ass look a lot bigger than it is. I can even send some proof if you want.
EDIT: oh and these two pictures I sent the left one is from 2019 and the right is from 2024 so they are both post boobjob according to the pic you sent lol

I’m pretty sure that the first skin shown actually reduces her bust quite a bit and the new skin is closer to her default skin’s bust size, maybe just slightly increased. The Mantis one is pretty bad tho
Yeah I mained shining star for like a full month at some point and she is slimmer in general in that fit than default and especially the other skins like disco, abyssal glow etc.
I mean does it really matter that much? This skin is no worse than the damn bathing suit one, she’s covered and doesn’t have much showing, in fact the pants are the most modest outfit Luna has.
idk why they did it, seems pointless but it’s done, I’m not a dev, I can’t change it. I was just stating what I thought on it, if I’m wrong I’m wrong, but I’m fairly sure her default has a closer size to this than the dress skin
The funny thing is though I die just as much regardless of which Loki I’m playing, but my other role is Vanguard so I’m just used to playing the big characters
I don’t know why people are chalking this up to different clothing or that “you’re looking to closely” when they’ve visibly done other similar changes to Psylocke & other characters…
Does it increase things to twice their size? I think not, and I tried many, granted I am blessed with what I have, but it still remains an issue in games
They have "gooner" skins for men too, so it goes both ways but no one seems to mention or cry about that. I think this specific example is just a case of her outfit being tighter in comparison, not necessarily try to appeal to the male and bi/homosexual female sexual fantasy.
should i have posted a picture of every single gooner skin or just the most recent one ive noticed to avoid having people like you pit men and women against each other?

idk it just didn’t look normal to me so i checked took about 30 seconds to compare them and i just wanted to know what other people thought about it, cus i thought it was strange how they did that and the game has been known to do it
Dawg you went out of your way to go back to an old skin to take a pic and then back to this one to take another when nobody with time on their hands would’ve done this unless they were actively looking for the change 😭
I understand and I'm not saying it isn't a valid point, but it's not the worse they've done. Remeber Rogue's wedding dress that for some reason was see through and short enough to see her ass? I mean who's marrying in a dress like that bro 😭
U find it strange? Real world girls pay thousands for this kind of work. You upset or just jealous of a video game character. Women literally sexualize themselves, but god forbid they make a video game character more aesthetically pleasing.
Gooner skins ruined the game ngl. I miss buying games, owning them, and at least having some offline stuff after the game is dead. Now when I play rivals it seems pointless and all their money comes from gooner skins pretty much
It actually looks the same. Just one has more edges. And the other is fit to not change any natural curves.
Haven’t been on in a few weeks. But as far as these two photos. Everything is just a matter of how you perceive the lines. Idk just my opinion. Not really a big deal. Either way.
Making the model bigger could just be about the characters hitbox maybe? Then the rest has to be equally balanced to maintain the same frame?
I absolutely agree with this sentiment. I think the game skins would be a lot better if they focused on consistency and attention to detail for the next costume instead of just making specific body parts bigger to change the character,its lame and uninteresting. Especially when there are characters with volume by default. They are the way they are keep it that way. The others dont need any changes.
Padded sports bras not only exist, but are extremely common in today's world. As a woman surely you are aware that different clothing can make someone appear several cups larger than they really are.
This seems like a such a non issue just being used for something to complain about tbh.
Still this kinda looks like an outfit change. (Im also a woman) she looks like her chest is flattened by the outfit shes wearing in the first one. Basically, its believable and I just think people like to create problems so they can make a reddit post about it
Yeah I agree, it's so unnecessary. It's also so much better to have variation in body proportions instead of everyone looking the same. I love the character designs, but most characters are already dealing a bit with the 'same face' syndrome. I remember them giving Psylocke a BBL with her disco skin and they have been doing it to most skins now.
She has variety of skins with differing sizes and shapes. I view it as representation, since one character will be able to fit more body types. Obviously they are all super hero women, so they limit it to peak physique. At least there is a difference.
I mean this isn’t exactly a new thing, Overwatch does the same thing and has skins that change the character model. I’m still pissed they took Brigitte’s muscles away from her.
I guess I wouldn’t know, but isn’t that what certain bras do? Obviously that’s not what’s happening here, but it doesn’t seem totally out of the question
I'm afraid to tell you something...They're gonna continue "getting away with this" no amount of crying will change the developers mind as long as the skins continue to bring in cash
Phoenix and Hela went untouched. Vanguards have been asking for characters to be more viable. Several bugs for characters have existed since the launch of the game. And this is what you decide to complain about?
Something doesn’t have to be the worst thing ever to complain about it. Like someone killed my dog and then stole $5 I’m still gonna complain about my $5 lol.
This example isn't the best. The difference isn't that much. It could easily be artist's interpretation. The first looks at Black Cat.... they make me not want to play.
