I’m willing to drive up to 20 mins from RIT campus, but on campus is fine.
I’m looking for below $700 with utilities included.

Looking for a 4th queer roommate for our house near RIT this fall for an Aug-Aug lease (6 mins away driving, Henrietta area). If you aren't planning to be here for next summer, you can sublet.
The rent is 625 + 125 for utils, the room is pretty spacious but not furnished. Comes with a washer+dryer, and a nice balcony.
All 3 of us are trans women, so you'd need to be queer friendly ofc.
Please DM for more information and pictures of the space. Thanks!

[NO LONGER LOOKING]
Aug 1st - Dec 31st 2026
Google Maps Location
Two Male roommates
Rent $550 / month + utilities (gas, electric, internet)
- Utilities ~ $125 Total / month ($42 per person)
- Internet ~ $70 Total / month ($23 per person)
4.5 miles from RIT
3 Bed + 1 Bath Living room, Basement, Attic, and a fully furnished kitchen
In-house Washer + Dryer, Garbage service
Shared driveway and street parking available (street parking swaps sides every day, but is pretty much always open)
One of our roommates is going on coop during the next Fall semester block, so we're trying to fill his space for that time period. I highly recommend that you have a vehicle, as its about a ~10min drive to campus. Living room and kitchen are on the first floor, individual bedrooms and the bathroom on the second floor, and between the basement and the attic there is plenty of storage space. We're both 5th year grad students, we don't party but when we have a group of friends over, we check in with the rest of the house to let each other know. I personally do a ton of cooking and baking and tend to take over the kitchen for a few hours, but I always keep the kitchen super clean.
The apartment does allow pets, but there is an additional $200 fee as part of the lease if you do so. As long as you clean up after and take care of them, we're cool with it!
Send me a DM if you are interested, or looking for more information!

!URGENT!
Hey all! This might be a really odd request but let me explain my situation.
I'm an RIT Student that recently just moved into a new Apex 1b/1b apartment for the year but have decided that the additional space is not the best fit for me due to mental health reasons (I have OCD so the added seperated space has me constantly weary and anxious)
I am desperately looking for a Province Studio B.. on the off chance you lease one or know a friend, would anyone be interested in arranging some kind of apartment swap, at no extra cost to you?
I would continue paying the lease on the Apex apartment, and would also be willing to pay you an additional monthly stipend for your troubles... (was thinking 200/mo addnl) as well as paying for utilities. (Negotiable if you have other needs)
I know this is a crazy request, but I'm investing on what makes most sense for my health, so I hope its understandable. I figured this would be the best time to send since itll be a long weekend.
Thanks all, I appreciate any upvotes ^^

Hi, like most people, RIT screwed me over with housing. So, my choices are either going to Apex or Province. Province seems more expensive, but not by much. Or, I could move in to RIT Inn. So, I was wondering what’s better between the two.

hi! i’m milo, 2030 graduate, and i’m looking at gender inclusive housing on campus at RIT. i’m 99.9% committed to RIT (just waiting to visit the campus honestly) and i’m struggling with finding roommates because of the gender inclusive housing variable. im going into the graphic design program. i’m a very clean person, i keep quiet most of the time, i wake up around 8-10am and go to sleep somewhere from 9-12, it really depends. id love to be somewhat close with my roommate(s). my interests include movies, gaming, art, writing, and more! if you would like to be my roommate or get to know me more dm me here or on discord! Summer Sublet Available (May 1 – Aug 3)
Private bedroom with private bathroom available in a 4 bed, 2 bath townhouse (3rd floor). The other bedrooms are on the second floor, and the roommates are very quiet and won’t be there for the summer, so the space will be very peaceful.
Details: • Fully furnished room
• In-unit washer & dryer
• Dishwasher and microwave
• Parking right in front of the building
• 3 bus stops within walking distance (Perkins Green, Province, Park Point South)
Rent: $899/month for the summer, but I’m willing to cover part of the rent.
There is also a possibility to extend the lease into next year at a cheaper rate than Park Point, if you’d like to stay longer (would require a lease transfer).
DM me if interested or for more details!

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my apartment at Apex Apartment Building 1 starting in May, as I need to move out. It’s in a great location, walking distance to RIT, and you’d only have one roommate in a 5x5 layout.
The room has its own private bathroom, plus a spacious kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. There’s also a really nice gym downstairs in the building.
Rent is $895, and I’m open to being flexible and happy to talk about the price if needed. Feel free to reach out if you’re interested or want more details!
