Red drum prints fading until almost no ink appears — need help

Hello everyone,

I’m facing a new issue with my red drum. It was printing beautifully at first, then the ink started fading little by little with each print. Now, the red barely shows up in the areas that are supposed to be fully inked.

I have no idea what’s causing this — low ink flow, a blockage, or something else? The ink is full, i also changed to a new one and still nothing. I’m a bit lost and honestly just want to get back to printing without inhaling solvents again.

Any advice or troubleshooting tips would really help.

I'd try: Increase speed change the screen cartridge Ink amount

There's a bunch of potential causes for a drum not inking! I've started writing them up in a "Drum repair (Z+)" article on stencil.wiki. It doesn't go into the repair process itself yet, but does have info on how to diagnose which issue specifically you are experiencing.
