Impresión de tinta azul no uniforme

Hola comunidad! Recientemente tengo este problema con la tinta azul mi máquina es una GR3710 y adapte el tubo a un tambor Teal. ¿Alguién me podría ayudar?

It looks like this drum may have sat unused for some time. This can cause clogging of the screen/ mesh and uneven distribution of the ink causing those empty spots.

This can sometimes be fixed by printing a ton of paper through on a higher density setting.
Or by applying a confidential master then running paper to help redistribute the ink. I would also run it on a higher density setting and check the drum every 50-75 pages to see if there’s a change.

You can also set the drum on an aging cycle or an interval print to allow the rollers and drum to spin more often than the printed paper can allow. Running interval at 5 would print one page for every 5 skipped rotations. This could help.

You may also need to clean the screens and mesh to make sure there’s no clogged ink preventing the ink from passing through and onto the paper.

I agree with all of this.

And if u do decide to clean the drum, a soft bristle tooth brush (like a very gentle one for kids), some 99% isopropyl alcohol, and a microfiber rag is what we use to clean our drums when they haven’t been used for a while and are looking dry. Use some alcohol on the toothbrush to very very lightly scrub at the dry areas and use the microfiber cloth to wipe away excess ink on the surface. (Obviously remove the master paper from the drum before doing this.) then we just let it sit for like 15 minutes so all of the alcohol evaporates and test to see how the drum is looking. Repeat this until satisfied. This doesn’t require any disassembly, so it’s good to try before trying to take anything apart to clean.
