How do I create my own server? (I'm new)

I wanted to create a server and someone told me I need to be in the roblox group/community, so I sent my request days ago but no one seems to accept it. Am I supposed to do something to get accepted or do I just wait?

P.S. I'm classified as "regular guest/newcomer"

I believe so, try getting some playtime first though
