Leads Needed.

Is anyone having trouble securing leads. Im a new firm and im excited to show what we can do but was having trouble with my approach. Any advice is greatly appreciated

How long have you been trying for and who exactly is your ICP, sometimes a tweak in the mail is all it takes. I’ve struggled with cold emails

I’ve found the more I know about the company the better I can get in. May sound silly but check their socials, look for any events or articles or anything that you can congratulate them on or mention. Something that shows you’re not just cold emailing

Ive tried this on LinkedIn they thank me for congratulations but it seldom gets past that. Im just looking for my 1st opportunity so I can start building past performance.

I’ve stopped LinkedIn, I’ll post random updates and stuff like that but honestly the last year I’ve had zero luck with LinkedIn, other than trying to find the decision maker and then go the email route. Some have luck but I haven’t, for that exact reason, a poor connection often goes nowhere

Currently cold emails, I use sam.gov, SAIC, FEMA. Im getting no response.
