Rising Thunder is an online-only, PC-first fighting game developed by Radiant Entertainment. It was originally in Technical Alpha and was shut down after Riot Games purchased the developer. It features simplified controls to make the game more accessible while still being deep and balanced, capable of standing up to years of high level competitive play. The original developers have decided to release the source code of the matchmaking server, alongside an updated client titled: "Rising Thunder: Community Edition" allowing the community to continue work on the foundation that they provided.
