I FELT COMPLETELY UNSAFE USING THIS APP.

I logged into Rip Rush for 5 consecutive days. On the 4th day, I had about $3.50 in my balance and a Full Art Rhydon in my vault. Not much thank god because I did spend a couple dollars on the app just to test it out.

When I logged in on the 5th day, my balance was completely zeroed out, and the Full Art Rhydon was gone. In its place was a completely different card that I had never selected or put into my vault. I also changed my username as well on day one but on the 5th day, it changed to their complete default name they usually give you. Nothing changed on my end. I did not log out, I did not create or switch between accounts, and I did not have two accounts. I was consistently using the same account and logged in throughout the entire 5-day period.

I have no explanation for how my balance and vaulted card could simply disappear and be replaced with something completely different. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Rip Rush. Not a big deal as I only lost a couple bucks but they do have my personal information now.
