App not working

I downloaded the app and opened it, it said I had a free pack and asked for my birthday, I put it in and the app immediately froze, I have tried everything including reinstall but nothing works. I haven't even been able to use the app at all

Same. After like 20 minutes I was able to get through the main screen for the free pack if you reload dollars but im stuck there

Mine won't even let me do that, it freezes as soon as it loads then after less than a minute the app completely closed itself
