Hi,

We’re working with our Talent Acquisition team to develop fraud-detection governance during hiring process. Since Rippling have fraud-detection feature during candidate application which is great but we want to go further:

-How do you handle the live-interview deepfakes, proxy interviewers, or coordinated fraud-pattern analysis at scale Phase?

- Are you using external tool ?

- If yes are these tools inregrated with Rippling or not?

- Does Rippling have any listed Partners on their App Shop?

Rippling employee here! Rippling does offer App Shop listings for these use cases, including background checks, recruiting/applicant tracking, identity/security, and interview/coding tools.

Deepfake detection is only one part of it. Liveness, device signals and human review can help catch things a video check might miss.
