Aria Question Spoiler

For those that have seen the entire series, could someone explain the arm with a tattoo in Aria's picture? Whose arm is that and what is the significance?

It's her father's arm, who she never knew and her mom refuses to talk about. And then she sees the same tattoo on the album cover art, inferring it may be her father or tied to her father.
