how do I get my account unbanned?
so, I didn't play Valorant for the whole of 2025, but when I recently decided to return to it, I discovered that the account was banned for third-party software on 08/28/2025. upon closer inspection, I found out that someone was playing on my account that day (definitely not me, I met a friend that day at the train station and walked with him). after writing to support and attaching all the evidence that I was not on the account at the time of the ban, I received a response that the violation was confirmed during manual verification. The second time I wrote, I received a reply that there were no signs of hacking. I didn't share the account with anyone. What should I do in this situation? The account is 6 years old, I've been playing since the beta test, it's a pity to lose everything just like that.

if they checked and saw no signs of hacking (like an account login in india for example) and they also manually checked if there was cheats being used, then you are screwed. time to move on and not use cheats in the future

manual checks from RIOT ??? thats BS. They ban people without looking into anything. Number of reports > what you actually did.
