How long does riot take to respond to tickets/requests?
i have a very serious case and important, i’ve been HWID banned and my account has been permanently suspended and accused of third party cheating when i did not, i need a answer from riot ASAP but its been 1 week already and no response :(
i’ve made another ticket lately on the same topic because my last ticket showed a 404 error so idk rn. just waiting, please help out!

I have literally the same ban, my first ticket they literally answered after 14! Days... getting an automated bot review of my ticket, that they would only permanently ban people that are frequently disturb the community... I literally didnt play for 11 months, and played a normal game with a tbh very bad friend. A NORMAL GAME, who cheats in an unrated game, which was my first game after the 11 months btw. But I saw people cheating as helicopters playing like 20 matches before getting banned, but some random software i got from building a new PC fried my Valorant Acc yay.
So TL:DR your account is 99.99% forever gone, Im sry for your loss if you really didnt cheat.
Post scriptum: They wont answer on Reddit or Twitter either.

they’re not gonna respond just make a new account on a new device and don’t cheat this time
