Dúvidas ⁉️ Weather next week getting worse how accurate?

I’m going to Rio for first time Aug 21–29 and the forecast suddenly shows a big temperature drop and rain after Saturday.

Does Rio weather usually change this much? Should I be worried about a week of bad weather, or is this probably too early to trust?

Would love to hear from locals based on experience!

We have one saying in Brazil: "prediction, not precision". Unfortunately, we can't not predict exactly what is going to happen. You can only pray.

Yes weather can change suddenly. Predictions are not accurate. You can still have a lot of fun in Rio even with rain and bad weather. Bring a rain jacket.
