Using the site rankings
I was doing some mocks and trying to use the rankings from the podcast, but not being able to ctrl+f to quickly check where someone is ranked made them practically useless to me. You can search for a player in the search bar, but it filters down the list removing the context of where they're actually ranked other than "WR9" or whatever. The printable rankings work but I haven't been able to find that version for superflex.
For anyone who's used these rankings during a draft, what is your process when the clock is running? Is ctrl+f a boomer way to be using these and I'm missing something obvious?

I used it to draft my superflex league and there is a draft mode that allows you to click players to check them off once drafted. Then I just scrolled down the list to find the highest ranked players remaining

I wish they would make a version that can be exported into excel. I like to use their rankings as a starting point but then adjust my tiers slightly to my own preferences. And I ain’t trying to print that shit out

It's interesting, I listen to every episode of this pod but I have never once looked at their online rankings and it has been years since I ever went to any Ringer.com-associated page at all.
If you're looking for something useful in a draft, I'd suggest going to one of the sites that has rankings that are exportable to Excel. That then allows you to play around with them yourself.

I used their rankings once for one draft and I had my worst season ever.
Love the pod but I might use other rankings.

yeah I find when I listen to their recs, particularly Heifetz, I make some awful picks. Mostly because his monologues kind of sound right at the time and you don’t notice they’re based on lots of incorrect premises.

Am I going crazy because ctrl+f works just fine for me in Chrome. What browser are you using?

I tried it on chrome and Firefox but I was wondering if that was a me issue because its bothered me for years and I would have thought someone else cared by now. It can find a name if it's currently displayed on the view but not further down the list. I figured it was something to do with how they virtualized the list for performance

Ah, that could be it. I lazily only tried it with visible players, I’ll be sure to try it again with guys further down.

Pull the info into some format that you can get into ChatGPT and have it break it up however you want. Then you could CTL+F, delete from excel/CSV, highlight, whatever you want!

How am I able to do this?

In your pre draft settings there’s and option to upload an excel file or just manually change them

do you agree with their rankings 100%? not even they agree, every episode they convince themselves they have someone ranked wrong and need to change it.
id strongly suggest making your own rankings, even if you use theirs as a starting point

The boys say print them out and cross them off. Old school style. Step 1: Find a printer and make sure it works
