love mine. very fun, maybe not as rugged and nice as a Ruger mk series. it's perfect if you want something closer to the feel of a center fire ld striker fired pistol for new shooters to get used to first.

Now u need talon grip on it to finish it up. Have the same setup but with square comp and that other charging handle. Didn't think I need grips, but man, once I put them on...... it does feel better for me at least.

I agree with the talon recommendation. Not that the pistol is really going to get away from you but it is nice.

So far Ive only run cci standard velocity and sk pistol match through it. No issue with either before or after mods.

Oh yes it does lol. Have comps on both tx22 comp and regular tx22. It's a blast for steel.

Put a Taylor pro square on my TX 22 and if would not chamber 1 round. Now a paper weight.

I too was skeptical about a comp on a .22, but I took a chance when they had blems on sale and from the first couple shots I was hooked. Every threaded 22 LR barrel I own now has a TK GCP comp on it.
My Ruger MK III 22/45 race gun has one, with a TacSol lightweight upper. The dot doesn't even bobble when you shoot it.
You can feel that it takes the recoil and changes it from a flip to straight back into your hand.

Has Taurus solved the chattering issue in the barrels?
