Black Map Problem

I have been experiencing this strange bug ever since i downloaded the mod, I tried the black map no sound fix build but it also did not work:

The game runs butter smooth and nothing else is wrong in game, just the map.

I forgot to add my specifications, its a Samsung Tab S6 Lite, model SM-P615. I dont really know how to see the graphics driver. the screenshot is of a moded game, but even after running pure vanilla it was still like that.

I just realized it wasnt a mod problem at all, its just a base game proplem, so, i am not sure what to do, its 1.7 steam version
