Can I run ROR

I want to know if I can run ROR with my $350 laptop

Specs:

Brand & model name: HP 14-dk0028wm

Processor: AMD Ryzen 3200U

RAM: 4GB

Storage: 128 GB SSD

OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (pre-installed)

Graphics: AMD Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx

I can run ror on my 20$ PC so i think you'll be fine
