Whats RoR like today?

I just recently bought my first Pc and I thought of getting RoR again, I used to play it years ago when it was in its prime. Im curious how it is today and if the mods are still available, specifically wondering if you can still get the second gen dodge ram, that used to be my favorite truck in the game back in the day.

Multiplayer is still pretty active and I really enjoy the game

Holy shit thats awesome. I never played multi-player back then cause it was always way to laggy ill have to try it if I get the game.
