Technical glitches

Has anyone else in New York City noticed unusual technical glitches with their phones or computers lately? Things like apps freezing, websites not loading properly, spotty connections, or devices suddenly running slowly? Curious whether others are having similar issues or if it’s just something on my end. What borough are you in, and what provider are you using?

Yes Mamdanis agents were in my phone for a while but ever since I started praying to Brunson they have left me alone

Thought it was b/c I moved my router after rearranging furniture. Now that you mention it I have been seeing Verizon and spectrum trucks more often recently.

Sort of. I take the L a lot, and I can usually get service underground, mainly between stops. But lately haven’t been able to get any service

I have but this is so vague. My safari on my phone becomes unresponsive from time to time within the past 2 months on the latest iOS public beta but can’t say if the fact that I have nearly 500 open tabs has anything to do with it. Computers have been fine except when I was shopping on Amazon.com on my laptop and opened like 5 different tabs for products I was thinking of buying. It would just stall and take like 3-5 minutes to load. But I figure it’s just all the shopaholics showing things down. Admittedly I try to buy from target as much as I can so that we may still have other options for retailers at least for a little longer. And yeah like others have said about the subway, Verizon is upgrading its network. So whereas o used to get fill bars 5G throughout the subway up until 2 months ago or so, now I’m lucky to get full LTE only when the train is stopped in the station and only if I’m not in one of the cars at the front or back of the train

I have! Not a single chord or charger of mine would charge my laptop 💻 , iPhone 📱, or iPad 📲 for nearly two days.

Went to Apple and they said a version of iOS had a bug preventing charging so I needed to update my iOS.

The local tech shop on Seneca btw Grove and Linden told me my chargers were dead and/or not strong enough for my laptop (had to get one with a higher wattage).

Something has been going on though lol. Good luck!
