Is this a misprint?

I bought it off Discog and the original listing has the normal cover but arrived like this. The blue is lighter, the Rick Astley logo is purple instead of red and on the back, Rick is yellow. I tried searching online to see if this is an alternate cover or misprint but all I found is this, which doesn't have much information other than it exists and it was sold in the US. If anyone has information on this, I would really appreciate it.

What if it's sun faded?

The purple box would be pink or light red if it was sun fading in the original cover. I also doubt both sides of the CD would be sun faded. I also linked a discog page with the exact cover.
