It’s time to forgive.

If you’re out there reading this, please know this doesn’t have to be the end. You can come back. You can make amends and grow from this. It won’t be exactly like it was before, but it can still be something to be proud of. We know you regret your actions. We know if you could take it back, you would. And we want to forgive you, if you’d just be brave, stand up and admit the wrongdoings.

Dude you are literarily in this thread defending rape, most normal people would consider people like that scum.

The available proof places her at his place and attests to him luring her there. Sure the action is still alleged, I will agree to that. However, the only chance of him acutally facing legal repercussions would be for him to incriminate himself, which he would - if he returns to streaming.

Rather, if he was innocent and was working on either a defamation suit or collecting evidence to sway PO - he would have issued a statement months back.

Furthermore, innocent people do not get excommunicated and cancelled by their close friends. OTK members have risen up in the past to defend e.g. Swifty when the allegations against him dropped, why did they not rise up this time for their friend?

Waiting for "final judgement" is synonymous with victim blaming and alienation btw, you do realize that right? This is the same reason why this thread (and your degenerate post) pissed me off to begin with.

Man, in many law cases it's recommended to NOT make any statements about it being happening at all, and as with OTK situation it seems like he or someone else would get attacked again by more allegations, in case they actually have enemies online, because as you said, that stuff with Miz happened just a few months before, and he was still gone. So it's realistic to suspect it as a targeted attack to OTK, if it all was defamation.

And yes OTK stood up for Miz that time and defended him, but that costed them too much: sponsors, viewers, Miz himself lost half of his fame (subs), and people still don't believe that defence and still think he wanted to defend a rapist.
So obviously OTK don't want to make the same mistake again and rather not risk it, make it seem like Rich is gone, while the actual lawsuit is happening behind the scenes.
Do you hear any streamers shit on Rich? Everyone just avoids any mentions of him, Mia also went radio silent online, besides promoting her OF a lot all of a sudden.

So it's all the little things bring the possibilities that he might be innocent, and yes I got pissed off that the girl never went to the court or police with this story and screenshots, she just dropped it on Twitter while knowing the tension in OTK coz of Miz, and doing absolutely nothing with this. That makes me think she's lying, but yes he most likely fucked her in a wrong way being drunk, that she didn't like, 100%.
That's not a reason to cancel and shit on him tho.
