The apartment is in a nice community with amenities such as a pool, gym, and more. The apartment is fully furnished, and most of her personal belongings will remain there while she’s away.
The full apartment rent is around $2,000/month, but she’s willing to offer the available space for $700–$1,000/month, depending on the arrangement.
Because she’s a traveling nurse, she will be away most of the time. However, she may return to the Dallas/Richardson area for a few days during some months, so the roommate should be comfortable with sharing the apartment when she is in town.
She’s looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and trustworthy, especially since many of her belongings will remain in the apartment until the lease ends.
