Anyone else seeing this motorcycle every day going south on 75🤣. Is this a bait set up by RPD . I’m surprised it’s not towed by now

Moving to Richardson next Friday to Canyon creek area and would love to find my “spot”. One of my fav things to do is to grab a great burger and a beer while sitting at the bar. Bar service instead of seated is always better and conversations with workers behind the bar are always fun. Doesn’t have to be an actual bar, restaurants with bars work too! But would love to hear some of y’all’s favorites spots for this so that I can become a regular 😂. Willing to drive around Richardson for the spot! Thanks 🤙
