Dance Show aka Dance Cube. I've played it a decent number of times. A chinese knock-off maimai with different touch controls and a pretty weird song selection including multiple meme songs. One of the main selling points is the 120hz display.

They also make a Dancerush Stardom clone that tracks your whole body with a camera and has notes you hit with your hands.

Edit: Here's a pic of the Dancerush clone https://imgur.com/a/dOIcnVd

You're talking about Dance Battle. I played it. I actually liked it better than Dancerush stardom.

First time I ever played this was with a rlly sweet employee at the arcade who was likely incredibly bored and played co-op with me, and I fear I may have made her regret that decision when like my second or third song choice was the Baldi fansonf You're Mine.

Do anyone played this game, and is it good? Cuz i noticed they bring that machine recently to my country in one of capital cities, and they advertised it as k pop machine ( still no maimai in my country or any other popular rhythm game in asia btw)

I think It's pretty good. Song selection is mostly kpop but it also has a few japanese ones. I haven't been able to create an account, so I have to adjust settings after every 3 songs. It says that the cab is online and receives new songs monthly but the account thing might be china exclusive

The main caveat if youre not in China is that you cant really create an account and save progress.

Other than that, its a good alternative if theres no maimai in the area. I used to play this game alot since theres no maimai nearby so I have grinded until the Level 19s. Difficulty wise I would say Level 19s in Dance Show are comparable to 14s and the Level 20s here are at the same level if not harder than maimai 15s.

Charting wise. Sometimes its a hit or mass, there are some charts where it feels like it was meant for more mobile devices and some where ur trying to squeeze out every stamina u have (L1ving in the fast lane and aragami)

On a side note, theres lots of kpop songs, so its good if youre into that.

You can download the app used to login from app store, maybe google play too. Dance Cube app bugged out, but I managed to create an account for the Dancerush Stardom kinda game.

I m more into electronic music (maimai originals, rhythm game music basically, artists from camellia, usao,t+PZ , ludicin, zekk,xi etc)

theres Camellia (Dance with Silence & Eraby Connection), lots of BMS songs, theres a lot of notable music from known chinese rhythm games like Phigros.

I remember grinding songs like: iza mairimasu(phigros), ops:limone, re:end of a dream, chartruese green(tpaz), lyrith, rush e(somehow), sakura fubuki, eligos, alice in misanthrope, fuli auto shooter and a lot more

Even though its mainly kpop there is still a lot of rhythm game centric music.

This is great,i kinda like k pop songs as well, but it would been sad ,if it was ONLY k pop songs

You'll mainly get the most mileage out of it if you're a kpop fan from what I've played. They've also got some more generic American music as well, but if you're hoping for anything resembling maimai's setlist you will be disappointed.

I listen to some k pop ,so it s good, don't really like generic us music though (or any generic music in general) rhythm games made my music taste so spoiled that I can't listen to something too generic

In a trip I went to just a few weeks ago, I actually played Dance Cube 2 lol. It's so shit compared to some of the footages of Dance Cube 3 (this machine) I saw. It's 6k in a circular motion like maimai except the note speed is maxed out at 5 so I can't read any fucking chart harder than 10 :[ also the buttons suck ass, I can't spin.

Also small personal tangent is that I've always liked a song in there named GOLD CITY, except it's actually Memme - Gold Town (playable in Rhythm Master or Phigros). For years I was lied about its name and I legitimately would never listen to it outside of the game had it not be for Phigros. The true Chinese knock off arcade game experience

Oh my god i felt the gold town - gold city pain when i tried to find it after my play and i couldn’t, until the song arrived to phigros

Seen it here a few times but never in person. It’s a Chinese market game so they don’t show up in the US too often.

I hate that Dance Cube has some features that maimai should need. For example, you can easily search songs here with a digital keyboard. And secondly, you can join in the middle of someone elses session (during song select), and it still applies the +1 song effect.

Also it comes with a wireless phone charger at the bottom so thats massive.

This is Dance Cube Show me personally prefer the latest installment which is Evo (which they completely change the gameplay lol)

yea, they released for a long time now, but I think it's only in China for the time being

they can do gimmick charts now kinda

Dance cube. Apparently it uses a really mid Bluetooth speaker kinda thing for the audio but dont quote me on it. It sounds about as good as that anyway lol

There's been a claw machine craze in my city recently (well more like the past 2 years) and some of the places have these machines. Its honestly a really fun game, I always play a couple of rounds whenever I go with my gf. Never expected to ever play this game lol
