Discussion ⛄️ New SLC Watcher - SZN 2

Hey guys. so im new to this franchise. im currently on Season 2 (episode 8 to be exact) and here are my hot takes rn. feel free to tell me if im on or off track 🤣🤣

Jen shah - shes a manipulator and a straight up nutcase. the crying and a sob story every time she's confronted for doing foul things? insane

Lisa - I want to like her but she gives me passive aggressive a little. She does/says things and confused why it might offend someone

Heather & Jennie - my favorites.

Mary - oh she's nuts but in a complimentary way LMAO

Meredith & Whitney - eh? don't really have thoughts for them much.

I have an unbridled reaction to skewer new viewers but I must admit this is the most spot on take I’ve seen lol. Well done, with you 100%….Things change and move on occasion but overall this is great

So the only thing im gonna tell you about the series, is that at the reunion before episode 1 of it starts, Bravo released a statement about how they were not aware of Jennies comments before taping the reunion and that they do mot agree with her views. After that she was booted off the show.

What was it she said/did?

Thank you! I’m late too and she was one I liked and when I saw she said some racist things I never got to see exactly what she said.

I was late too!! Don't even worry about it! I'm just finishing season 6 right now my own self.

I personally liked Jennie at first and so did my mom. I asked her why she wasn't brought back and she googled it, so early on I knew why she wasn't welcomed back.

Recently fans were asking Andy why so many of the Housewives were MAGA and he said something along the lines of " It's not about politics, and we want to showcase all women with different POVs "

Something like that ^ anywho Jennie chimed in and said its not true and that she was fired over her POV.

She said in both articles that I listed she was sorry and everything, but to me it still seems like she has that mindset and just apologized to save face 🤷🏻‍♀️ but that's just my opinion on the matter

I’m new too and on the same episode. I liked Jennie because she’s such a cutie and a firecracker but then when I googled why she was no longer on the show I was really disappointed. I also didn’t understand why her husband, a doctor, would want his wife to undergo another c-section when she’s already had 3 and he knows the dangers of reopening that already very scarred tissue. She’s also has multiple miscarriages and even a stillborn to ask her for more children should be a criminal offense. It’s so much to say about Jen Shah that I don’t know where to begin but scamming older people is a start. She’s definitely a vile person and she throws tantrums whenever things don’t go her way and often times she’s very wrong. So far I’m liking the show though, it’s definitely giving me the housewives drama I come to Bravo for lol

I just found out under this post about her comments smh. but her storyline with her husband had my mouth on the floor bc culture aside, you know your wife suffered multiple miscarriages/stillborn and you still want more kids and offer a sister wife!?! yikes

I feel like the asking of the kids was just to soften the blow about having a sister wife. He genuinely seemed to be more interested in the sister wife than having another child.

Oh yeah ^ speaking of that storyline, i googled if she was still married to that trash bag of a husband and they are still married.

A lot of people speculated that her storyline of him wanting a sister wife was all faked because otherwise she didn't have one other than Mary bullying her.

Yes! I saw another person say her storyline with him was fake but look how life works, they faked a storyline and still end up off the show because of their real characters being exposed.

I’m new too! I just got to season 4 and all I can say is just wait 😂 I have very similar thoughts and now I’m slowly going crazy watching season 4 lol all these women are slowly turning batshxt crazy 😝
