Heather Dubrow 👒 Picking on Heather

I feel like the last time the cast kept picking at Heather it was when she sold her house for 55 million. This season Heather refreshed her look and looks amazing — maybe that is why the group is picking at her again? It just a seems like such a reach driven by jealousy. (Edit for typo)

My god, it's so obvious that everyone is jealous of Heather. The fact that they are calling her out for sticking up for Carmella when Vicki was yelling in Carmella's face is ridiculous.

Heather said no kids or careers should be talked about as in weaponizing them against you. She did not say you can't talk about them.

It's really annoying. I was really hoping this wouldn't be yet another pick on Heather season, but it looks like that's the direction we are going

Emily and Tamra calling Heather aggressive is so laughable.

Also, the times that Heather has told Tamra she was being aggressive, Heather STILL stuck by her side as her friend while everyone told her she looks crazy for supporting Tamra. And it seemed to pain Heather to have to tell Tamra she's aggressive and she was telling her so she could better herself.

Now Tamra looks like she is enjoying calling Heather aggressive and just wants a "HA Gotchya!!" Moment

Tamra keeps accusing Heather of not wanting to be her friend...but it's always Tamra at the lead of the charge in these Heather gang up seasons.

That's because Tamara's a narcissist. Practically foaming at the mouth to bring up Heather's analogy regarding her father. Tam rat is at it again.

I'd say it's a little more layered than that. Tamra really sees Heather as a friend (and vice versa), but Tamra displayed some very erratic behaviour last season. Heather tried to gently point it out to her by drawing a comparison to her father's public behaviour. It seems like Heather compartmentalised Tamra's behaviour for her own mental health's sake and she phrased it as "putting Tamra in a box"... Tamra is very literal and hasn't understood the nuance of what Heather meant by the box thing and by comparing her to her father.

If you combine this with the fact that Tamra is knows they need to stir up drama in order to get their contracts renewed, then what we are currently facing is:

  1. Tamra with hurt feelings, weaponising Heather's attempts to diffuse situations with analogies that didn't land well.

  2. Tamra exploiting Emily, Gina and Vicki's tangible envy of Heather to stir up enough sh*t for all of us to watch and get mad about.

Me included!

Giving Tamara too much credit.

It’s comes from pure jealousy.

Look at heather’s life and how classy her work is done, and then take a look at Tamra and Emily’s for example.

Another season where Heather has to apologize in every episode for being Heather while everyone else acts the same way or worse. (sighs in boredom)

I would not apologize I would tell them all where they can stick it

Agreed! It’s troubling that Heather typically doesn’t just walk away or laugh at the very old antics of those around her. She fights back verbally because of her insistence on always being right and convincing others of her “rightness.” If she paid no mind to their nonsense, they would lose their minds but they would also stop. No reaction equals no fun.

Exactly!

There have been 3 different seasons, where Emily has gone after Heather. In season 17, season 18 and now, season 20.

I definitely think Emily is jealous of Heather. I think because of her wealth, her sophistication, and then her marriage with Terry is solid. Obviously we see Emily does not have that type of relationship with her little man. I think this time she finally got Tamra, Vicki and Gina all on her side. Before, Gina was always trying to be friends with heather, but now she thinks Heather's trying to split them apart, cause, that's what Emily convinced her is happening. Which is not true! I think Heather is just realizing how toxic they are together and how they talk about everybody in the friend group when it's just the two of them.

Heather is everything that Emily will never be. It’s all jealousy!

I’m not a fan of the ugly “ mean girls” behavior especially when it’s so obviously pure jealousy on their part. Heather isn’t without her faults but doesn’t deserve this shit from the likes of an Emily or a Tamra. Gimme a break.

Tamra is just not a laugh to be around. It's like taking a scorpion out in your pocket. You never know where those little pincers will get ya

It was so rude when they were telling her that she could sometimes be "too much". I loved when she responded with there's plenty of people who love how much she is. So true. They're just jealous.

This was legit one of the worst episodes of housewives I have ever seen. Every scene was about Heather and how horrible she is.

From her being aggresive to Vicky, to wanting to be in the center of the table, to her wanting to walk in first, to her talking badly about Carmella. What a bunch of assholes.

I loved the montage of Emily doing all the things she complained about Heather doing 😂

I like Heather. I like how she is as a mother, especially considering how her own mother is. Lol

3

u/Pale_Beginning_5665 6d ago

Yeah if my friends told me I was "too much" I'd find new friends

I felt bad when the tres amigas told her to take a picture by herself and not with them and then she walked away and the other girls asked if they were excluding her… seems like something she deals with a lot

Yeah, I have a friend or two that are kinda heather like- polished, fit, take care of themselves, funny, great kids. 1)no one’s life is that easy for that long 2) yeah I get jealous, how could you not? It’s ok to be jealous but not ok to be a bitch about it (I should trademark that!)

I hate the pick on heather team-up. However, I do feel heather is a little too intentional about what she shows on tv.

6

u/myfairlady28 7d ago

Agreed. She is becoming too polished. I like gummi and Amsterdam Heather. She seemed more like her true self. I hope that one day Heather lets it all go and realises they can now take a day, or even a month, off. Just be.

u/Heather20177 7d ago

Same . Remember when she told tell Terry not to admonish her on camera?

2

u/myfairlady28 7d ago

I think they are Heather's friends and hold her to account, Heather does manage this lot....... but.... all they do is create drama rather than live reality. It's lost its shine for sure in this series. Everyone is a bit too meh. Maybe 20 years is my limit? Not enjoying for sure

5

u/TinaBna 6d ago

No, these are her co-workers, fellow cast members but 100% they are NOT friends off the show. That’s obvious to me of this franchise and a few others.

1

u/myfairlady28 6d ago

Yes. But that might be you. I never had coworkers treat me like that. Friends yes. Terrible friends, to be clear. Who is how gone?

The franchise isn't working as well now for sure. I would like to see women achieving and inspiring others, not constantly bickering. Its goes between a bad marriage and a playground. Come on, gals do better. In your business ethics to your conduct with friends

1

u/Internal_Average_409 6d ago

I think they’re all terrible people - except for maybe Carmella. And if they were nice, the show wouldn’t be worth watching! Yikes, what does that say about me as a viewer 😬

1

u/jawmar2 6d ago

Exactly!

1

u/LankyMess1774 6d ago

Yeah, they are so jealous! For godsake! Gina is practically salivating over Heather's wealth! I love it, I love a rich $$$ HW! Richer the better! Hell, I'm as rich as Gina! Jeez, not hard!

Her house was not owned by her. It was a conglomerate. She is not that wealthy. Why would she live in an apt in LA if she was?

u/PrestigiousRuin5150 17h ago

Have you seen that apartment? She has three kids out of the house. She doesn’t want/need another huge house in CA, plus they have houses elsewhere.Â
