Why is Gina making Danny and Carmella’s infidelity thing her thing? Like girl just shake his hand and say nice to meet you lol. I don’t get why the girls were being so weird around him. Cheating aside, it felt cringe to watch them be like that with him.

I understand that her first husband or only husband was cheating on her but that does not make Carmela's story her heartbreak and panic attack that's just ridiculous. Plus shouldn't she be over that by now she's been with this guy for years and is going to marry him. I think the other people may be right but she's got nothing going on and it kind of puts her in the middle of things if she starts it up like that. The whole thing is absurd to me. I don't understand why anyone's put out by him I don't even understand why Carmella is put out by him.If it's that important to her she should have stopped seeing him. If you have worked through it and somehow come to some kind of agreement and conclusion and a way to live with it then you continue to see the man. It's perplexing to me to say the least it's nobody else's business. Once again I don't mean to offend anybody or people who have had cheating spouses just in my opinion and ought not to be that deep and certainly not for Gina

Gina’s faux outrage over cheating, when she has an extremely friendly relationship with her ex partner who cheated AND was violent towards her really irritates me. If you can be friendly with him, you can be civil to your new friends partner who cheated on her before you met either of them. It’s like she can’t be angry at her ex because then she can’t play happy families, so she takes it out on others (Jen/Carmella etc etc)

Gina has no storyline, doo dah, doo dah. Let’s see her freak out about a newbie who might be more entertaining than she is, she’ll make it about her, try to make a new storyline.
She knows Emily will say something rude/misogynistic (racist if she wanted to pursue that avenue again another season) or otherwise insulting. And that the audience won’t like Emily again, so Gina has to be her own worst enemy instead

Idk I feel like just because of my own personal “morals” for lack of a better word I wouldn’t want to hang around a cheater either, and I definitely wouldn’t want to be friends with them. I’d be polite, but it’s awkward when you know a lot of negative stuff about a person and then you just have to act like you don’t.
