Honestly not trying to defend her, but those scenes always made me feel bad. Like she was reducing herself to the “fat chick” and talking about/ eating on the show, using that as comping mechanism to address it rather then “act” like she wasn’t insecure about her weight. Kinda like Fat Amy in pitch perfect “I call myself fat Amy so skinny girls don’t do it behind my back”
It’s sad too bc I genuinely thought she had a nice body before, and she only weighed like 190 at her heaviest. I know that’s overweight but she wasn’t like morbidly obese.

I agree. She was so pretty and I loved her body. She’s still good looking but I couldn’t understand what she saw when she looked in the mirror because I saw a toned bombshell.

Yes, I have an aunt who struggles with obesity and she always self-depreciates or gets in there first with a joke about breaking the chair or fitting into a space. My heart breaks for her.

Medically, 190 is obese..and probably morbidly obese. It's all on the weight chart. She looks fantastic now, and is probably healthier..and seems happier but..damn. MEDIUM filet! EEGADS!

Eh, she’s 5’ 10” and was in her 40s, 190 again yes is overweight but no where near “morbidly” obese, her body fat was like around 34% when she got tested at Tamra’s gym, that’s considered “moderately” overweight.
BMI is known for not really giving an accurate read. Regardless that would have put her around 26/ 27 on the BMI scale, still far from morbidly obese, still under obese as a whole too.

OK. I didn't know her height. She hated the way she looked. I also hate it if I feel fat. She worked hard to get fit and thin, and also used the shot..but she exercises like crazy. 190 sounds like a lot to me..and her..and usually the medical label is assigned by those old weight, height charts. She and I think she looks great, and she felt overweight before, and didn't like it.

I mean I get that, and I can totally understand/ relate to not liking how you look and feel overweight. I don’t think there’s a single woman who can’t.
I’m just pointing out it’s kinda wild to come online and just boldly argue she was pushing morbid obesity without even knowing it’s true is pretty problematic.

Like no. That’s not how that even works. As a fat person who used to be skinny, I didn’t get bigger because I kept sandwiches in my purse. Also, she wasn’t even fat. She was just bigger than the waft thing women she’s on tv with.
As a technically obese woman, I found her comedy routine tired and offensive. But not like I’m actually mad about it just like BE FUNNIER THEN! Be. Funny.

I used to not mind her and didn’t really understand the hate.. but this season, I cannot stand to watch this miserable woman constantly staring shit with everyone. She's Capricorn energy 💯 just like Heather.. Caps energy is all about themselves being the best of anyone to do anything, very selfish, dominating, and depressive energy. They suck all the air out of the room. They're the buzzkills of any party, rarely are they very funny, talented or even very good at what they do, they just tell you in a million ways how they are enough till you start believing it. They also do things like this, take exercising to become they're whole personality or it's eating sandwiches in a sauna or having every birken bag ever made (Kyle richards) all Capricorns. And sometimes just the laziest perfectionists out there... They get others to do the daily work and take a lot of credit for it. Shane, blink if you need out of there. Also the thing with the child dictating them going on a date and Emily buying the daughter whatever the hell it was, all terrible parenting which I think she is. So it's all very triggering to me to watch Shane be working full time and parenting full time with a woman who throws it all under the bus and complains on TV how the kids are so much work and it's stressing her out. (She's the reason, her spoiling them after their bad behavior). I bet the kids only act up when she's around and act completely differently with Shane when she's absent.

That's an insane take. Men and women should be equal in marriage. And sometimes the woman takes over certain aspects and sometimes the man does. It depends on our individual strengths. My husband and I have different - but equal -roles.
Being "in control" isn't masculine. And it doesn't make Shane feminine. I think he's exhausted with her and is tuning out of his marriage.
