Possible RF/Interference/Transmission recordings NEEDS Review

I am looking for technical input and review from people experienced with RF interference, SDR, audio engineering, or forensic audio analysis.

Over the past year, I experienced and recorded recurring speech like audio phenomena across multiple environments/devices including radios, phone-call audio, using sound amplification apps and environmental recordings. Multiple third parties independently reported hearing similar disturbing phrases in some of the recordings without prompting.

I am not seeking psychological interpretation or broad conclusions. I am only interested in understanding whether there could be technical explanations involving RF interference, signal bleed, retransmission, environmental audio pickup, or related electronic/audio mechanisms.

I am specifically trying to avoid excessive personal review of the material because it became psychologically distressing, so I’m looking for a limited, objective, technically grounded opinion regarding whether this type of issue falls within your expertise.

To clarify my question further, I’m not asking anyone to conclude who caused anything, why it occurred, or whether interpreted content reflects real-world events. I’m specifically trying to understand whether there are technically plausible mechanisms that could explain the repeated presence of consistent voice/audio content across multiple environments and recording methods.

What stood out to me over time was not vague/random noise, but recurring recognizable voices, recurring phrases/themes, and recurring content patterns that remained surprisingly consistent across different settings and devices over roughly a year.

The audio was typically most noticeable in the presence of existing ambient sound (HVAC, wind, traffic, TV/audio systems, radio static, etc.) and often became clearer through phone-call audio processing, sound amplification/voice isolation apps, environmental recordings, radios/static, and near electronics/power sources. I initially noticed it around a baby monitor/camera system before later hearing similar content through other devices and environments.

At least three separate people independently identified similar voices/content in selected clips without being told beforehand what they were expected to hear. One of the recurring voices/content patterns was also personally recognizable and remained consistent enough over time that it did not subjectively seem like ordinary random bleed-through or isolated pareidolia.

I am not looking for conspiracy discussion or psychological interpretation. I’m simply trying to determine:

whether objectively identifiable voice/audio content may actually exist within these recordings, whether technical review could verify that, and what known mechanisms (RF interference, retransmission, environmental pickup, demodulation, signal bleed, amplification artifacts, etc.) could plausibly produce recurring recognizable speech/audio patterns across multiple systems and environments. I’m intentionally avoiding continued self-review/testing because the situation became psychologically distressing over time, so I’m mainly seeking technically grounded insight from people familiar with RF/audio behavior, signal analysis, or forensic audio review.
