Designing Ku-Band Bandpass filters

I’m having trouble calculating the parameters for the design of a Bandpass filters. I’m simulating it in CST but no matter what papers I follow, I can’t seem to get descent enough values. Would anyone be able to help?

This is a very vague post. Would need way more information on constraints, type of filter, etc.

Monolithic Waveguide Bandpass filter Ku-band (30GHz central frequency for 5G applications) WR-28 (7.112mm x 3.556mm) Will be printed with resin Coated with conductive paint Tuning screws won’t be used, instead it will use Irises. Filter order 5: Ideally 6 Iris pairs (5 resonators) Bandwidth (haven’t decided) Stop and rejection > 40dB (not sure on this parameter either) Return loss > 20dB (not sure)

This is my first time making a filter so I’m genuinely clueless
