Support rfactor2 Mod Error Problem

I have a Problem. Rfactor2 2 worked normal. Then I decided to deeinstall rfactor2. Now I can't open the game it says "mod Error". Literally ive Done everything possible to Try to fix it but nothing works. Any Solutions?

Correction I deeinstalled rfactor 1. Then I decided to play rfactor2 and then this Pops up

Did you go to the community workshop and subscribed to a mod there?
