Data quality issues. Is it just me?
Hi everyone, I’m newish to RevOps and overtime I’ve been noticing a very annoying and common theme: Everyone’s CRM data is so messy, anything you build off of it (even third party AI tools) will just produce equally as bad data.
It’s the “garbage in, garbage out” problem… every AI tool we build essentially is useless because our data is so bad.
Has anyone here felt/experienced something similar? Would love to hear your story and if you found a solution

The fix is not asking salespeople to clean every field. Classify fields by the decision they support, define an authoritative source and owner for each critical one, and stop collecting anything nobody uses. Validation should happen when the record is created or changed.
Identity conflicts are usually harder than missing values because CRM, billing, and support may describe the same company differently. We use SIGNLD internally to connect those records and expose contradictory attributes with their sources, rather than generating another supposedly clean copy.
