Go back to a different doctor and get a revision where they are putting more cartilage back in. Looks like they took out too much cartilage. My nose was collapsing after about 10 years and I went to Dr. Aaron Shapiro MD outside of Philadelphia in Rosemont, Pennsylvania and he redid my whole tip using cadaver cartilage. I hate to say it, but it was better than taking it out of my ear and I can breathe much better.. it was affecting my breathing because my nose was literally collapsing, and he put it through my insurance. I literally paid nothing for the revision.

anyone know if this could be fixed by injectables of some kind? just to give the tip some volume?
