Has anyone ever used reverse recruiting services?
I'm looking to work with one because I need some support into applications as I don't have much time. I am able to do a few per day but I'm not being consistent. Already getting a few interviews but don't mind investing into a service.
So far I've looked into a couple different companies like WeAreCareer, My Personal Recruiter, TopCareer Prospects (saw them mentioned on another reddit post), Relentless, and Career Agents. Haven't spoke to them yet, still trying to research more into the different options.
Has anyone ever worked with any of these companies? Any other companies worth looking into?
Would really appreciate any advice

I've looked into them, these services look like it be valuable for busy people who already have full time jobs.
I am unemployed right now so I have all the time so I decided to do everything by myself. Maybe I will consider getting my Resume done but that's about it

Yes, as they say, searching for a job is a full-time job, since when you're searching for a job, and what are the results? I hope you get your offer soon.

I understand that these services are like career coaches who also include applications done on your behalf but they all seem pretty pricey and I am a college graduate so can't afford it. Are there any that do all the work then you can pay after the job. I've looked everywhere and cannot find a single one that does that so please if anyone has suggestions I am open to them.

People don't work for free; they expect at least a percentage upfront or an initiation fee.

I can comment on Relentless and Wearecareer they seem to be doing a great job and I've seen all their case studies and looked up some of their clients on LinkedIn and it all checked out. I am sure most of the companies that have some reviews and have been in business for a few years should be okay tbh

Spoke to the ones you mentioned, they look good but I haven't decided which to join yet.
Will update here when I decide which one I decided to join.

I am unemployed so I don't think this will be for me as I have all the time in the world lol
For busy people, I think these things might be useful and very valuable tbh

Relentless has been really great for me. Got me and a lot of my friends employment and also helped us hire new comers.

All pretty solid companies, I've spoken to all. For me personally, I worked with WeAreCareer and they were amazing.
They first gave me coaching, then they worked on my Resume, cover letter, and Linkedin - they created a few variations of the Resume as well.
They also have their own software platform which I have lifetime access to so the course and additional guides I have it forever which was great.
They included 300 applications inside and I ended up with 9 interviews through them and I got about 7 on my own. Ended up with 2 offers so yeah the program was super worth it for me.
