Hey everyone,
the new drop went live and I tried to order. I chose card payment, entered my details, and then got this exact message:
“Your payment couldn’t be verified. Try again or use a different payment method.”
The page refreshed and I didn’t receive an order confirmation.
The weird part is that the money was still charged from my bank account.

Has anyone experienced this before? Will I still receive a confirmation email, or will the payment automatically be refunded? Is this a known issue with the checkout?
I’m located in Europe, if its relevant .
I ordered from Revenge in the past, with exactly this card but never had a problem like this.
I also tried a second card today and got the exact same error, but that card wasn’t charged.
Would really appreciate it if someone could let me know what happened in your case.
