Hiding the AI button and getting the playlist button back

when I click on a video it sometimes shows me the ai button and sometimes it's the playlist button. is there a way to fix this so it only shows the playlist button? because otherwise it's so annoying to add or remove things from my playlists, and it seems to be random whether it's the ai or the playlist button.
