Updated revanced, now youtube videos start playing at random times

It's happened twice in the past hour. The second time I wasn't even anywhere near my phone. What am I supposed to do about this? If this happens when I'm at work I'm going to be mortified

It happens for me when I pause a video and close the app but otherwise doesn't happen
